“He briefly mentioned that one of his children had been held up near a precinct and told reporters that if they had children, they would know how it felt.” – From HERE
I don’t like torture in fact I abhor it. But when it comes to torturing holdapers I simply will agree to it. Recently a policeman was caught on cam to have been torturing an alleged holdaper hitting him while he was lying naked on the floor with a rope tied to his genitals which was being tugged little by little by the policeman whenever the criminal wouldn’t answer his question. (see videos below)
That scene alone wouldn’t let me grimace in human compassion indeed it even wanted me to cheer on the policeman while murmuring “YES THEY FRIGGIN DESERVE THAT!”
Prior to that there was another video of a gang of alleged holdapers being made to kiss. The gang was badly beaten and was already black and blue on top of that they are being made to kiss “torridly” again I found myself laughing and enjoying it and again exclaiming “THEY SHOULD BE KISSING EACH OTHERS’ BUTTHOLES INSTEAD!”
Don’t get me wrong I believe in human rights but I also think they should apply to those people who deserve it. Hell if you are a well and able bodied person who’s making poverty a reason for you to point a gun to an innocent human being in exchange for those persons hard earned cash then don’t you think it is just right for the law to bash your head in?
My professor friend in U.P. never have said it so much better when he said: “People who violate other people’s human rights automatically forfeit their own rights to be treated humanely.” I personally don’t think that the Nazi SS who indiscriminately murdered Jews could hide behind the curtain of human rights.
It is as plain and simple as this, you pose as a threat to innocent people then you already waived your right to your civil liberties. I am not saying that anybody could torture anybody and anyone but when someone is really proven to be a criminal then there’s no room for mercy.
Another point of view I was able to come across was what my good friend Richmond said: “If you put them behind bars they will get out after such time do you think they will never resort to crime again?”
I answered perhaps yes or no.
The point being is that jails are meant to rehabilitate people and while human rights gives the chance for criminals to change their ways it hasn’t been proven effective nonetheless.
Criminals blame poverty while others claim it is a social problem. But let me tell you the story of Davao.
In Davao a province in Mindanao rules a great man this man was the mayor who is loved by his people. The story goes that prior to his being the mayor of the city the place was infested by criminals and addicts and because it is way below poverty line the usual reasons are being thrown about. When he sat in office anyone who doesn’t respect the law are brought to jail, they sign a logbook and given money to start anew and are released. The second time they were apprehended they were again brought to jail they serve their time and then they sign again. The third time is the most crucial part, you go to jail and they put you in jail now you have the option to go out or stay in. If you go out the police will escort you to their vehicle and then will bring you to your grave. It is as simple as that.
For drug pushers it’s mostly the shortcut, either you go to jail and get tortured or if you are one of those big fish you go straight to your death.
People of Davao loves Mayor Duterte, according to him if he doesn’t enforce the law and if he doesn’t protect his people from these elements then he is not doing his job and indeed even if Davao is below poverty line people look for a decent job they toil for their food and money in short they earn their living.
We are even merciful here you see in Saudi Arabia even if you are not proven to be a criminal you are beheaded if you steal they cut your hands, if you don’t follow their laws they will whack you in public.
Just to give you an idea how holdapers think, three years ago a call center agent brought her laptop home from work, she was held up in the jeepney she was riding and then she was shot on the head. She’s still in a coma.
Another personal acquaintance of mine was held up inside the taxi she was riding in after she bought her groceries she was badly beaten up and was made to withdraw all her money they even attempted to rape her, good thing that the driver who was also an accomplice stopped the guys and left her in a secluded place.
So tell me don’t you think it is just right to torture them bastards? (watch the special about the peaceful Davao)
