Yesterday I got a text message from a doctor friend of mine who worked for human rights groups determining remains of kidnapped and murdered victims of martial law. Anyway he asked us to watch Reporters Notebook a documentary program of GMA 7 on their special of who killed Ninoy Aquino. He mentioned that there will be some factual forensic evidences to be presented in the program.
Unfortunately I was too busy to catch the program and missed it. hen I received a another text message from Doctor Molino and together with Prof. Bailen they were able to determine the exact trajectory of the bullet that snuffed the life out of the great senator.
“Ninoy was shot going down the stairway… that hollow point bullet from .357 was used splitting upon impact into two major fragments. 1 went (right)ward – forward and upward lodging in the right temporal and the 2nd went forward rightward – downward hitting the petrous bone and went further downward – forward lodging in the chin”
I dont know why this very important and perhaps the best part of the investigation was taken out of the show as it is a part of the forensic investigation done on Ninoy. But anyway I don’t want to judge the show because I wasn’t able to watch it, but then it disproves the military’s theory that it was indeed Galman who killed Ninoy and it further empowers the case against the released military agents recently.
But then Ninoy’s dead. And perhaps its also true that when people die their ideals die too or rather corrupted by the ruling class. The class where Gloria Macapagal Arroyo belongs.

how could there be bullet fragments when the brain was never dissected by dr. munoz. it was only placed in a small bucket (tabo) after he had removed it. the bullet went clean through the chin. a metal probe (brass welding rod) was inserted into the entry wound behind the ear all the way straight out through the chin by dr. munoz’s assistant. it was forward straight and downwards. the medico legal findings presented by dr. munoz to the doctors present during the autopsy was different from what he presented in subsequent hearings. it was all part of a cover up.
