
Living in a new apartment made me realize how important having a chair is or a table. Come to think of it a foldable table that I bought costs around 550 pesos and thats just the table dear friends not counting the chairs which I still have yet to buy.
But first things first I have to move the two huge boxes from my former place to the apartment and with that I have to ask for the help of my friend who’s still a virgin (oops, yes hes a guy anybody interested? Ironically I don’t think I know any woman of my age who’s still a virgin.)
Moving on I realize how speechless I become when I am in front of my laptop to think that whenever I ride a jeepney I got lots of ideas in my head.
So let me indulge you with some bickering’s instead.
Now this guy who thought that he’s a great SEO guy badmouths me for some reason. I just hope he says that to my face so help me God I don’t know what can happen next. I really hope he says those words in front of me after all the help he got from me optimizing his site/s and making him earn more than enough to last me a lifetime.
Tell you what, I really don’t know why people leave you but just a hint. Never ever take advantage of people like coming up with bogus rules like if you got late four times consecutively you force them to work extra four hours without pay or else deduct those four hours from their payslip. We live in manila baby anytime anywhere theres traffic, and come to think of it you wont let those people offset the time earlier than their login time just because you want it that way.
Like duh, what If they want to come in early in the morning so they could work early and offset those hours early and get home early. But no you wanted them to offset it after office hours like when there are already criminals roaming around the city no siree you’d rather have them held up and frolic in the evening moonlight just because you think there’s no supervisor watching them uhmm… well those supervisors to tell you the truth also go home and don’t stay after office hours.
Another thing please respect our countrys’ labor laws. Like for example you knew that in the labor code it is mandatory that when an employee just delivered a baby she’s entitled to two months rest, but no siree, you took advantage of the fact that you’re employee is not aware of it so you made her sign a contract and informed her that she’s only allowed one months rest.
How about that keylogger thingy that you didn’t inform your employees about? For starters a keylogger is a program installed in a computer and made to run in the background gathering screenshots and passwords of the user (employee). Well I understand business is business and once you’re in the office you’re supposed to work and not browse the net but wait don’t you remember that you also instructed your employees that they can use the internet in their breaktime?
But the really below the belt thing is when you didn’t inform them about the keylogger and you snoop around your employees chats, passwords in their emails and whatever personal stuff that they have in their computer. Now I don’t know much about the law but I heard that there’s this thing called invasion of privacy.
But anyway going back to the labor code don’t you think that when you let your employees work an extra 30 minutes per day except friday for the reason that you don’t consider the mandatory 15 minutes break in the morning and afternoon acceptable because you just think so, is actually breaking the law?
Now the most cruel if not inhuman act here is when you “THREATEN” yes threaten your employees that by virtue of signing the contract of employment they are bound to work for you for one year lest suffer the penalty of paying thrice the amount of their salary, saying that its a guarantee for the training they got from the company. Uhmm… you mean to tell me that they are forced to stomach the injustices you render them and play at them because they are too poor to deny the job that is offered them. In short you take advantage of either their ignorance or their need for work?
Now now, let me put it this way after all these you still have the guts to bad mouth me. You know what, I really don’t believe in violence but sometimes people really need to be taught a lesson a broken bone here or a fractured skull there should either give you an idea or two to recognize your misgivings and perhaps change your ways.
But no, I will never be violent no siree I will only use what I know when I need to defend myself. And for now I have to defend my honor and perhaps the people I also worked with before. So this post is for you guys.
As for you oh great SEO guy I’ll be seeing you around (smirks) hehehe
But wait! there’s more! They don’t provide health cards to their employees too, thats why one time an employee contracted dengue (which at that particular time was also complaining as the floor where they were working in had no air conditioning and had lots of mosquitoes they had to endure that for more than a week you see) come to think of it isn’t it a coincidence that she had dengue hmm… but moving on. This SEO guru who owns the company didn’t consider her condition then and even asked her to offset those hours when she was outside of the office RECUPERATING!
They only consented when the employee really got mad and really furious… but anyway I’ll let her tell that part of the story. You see another thing I forgot to mention was that if you’re absent for example a day, you get paid that particular day but you have to offset those hours plus another hour for them to compensate for your absence. But I heard that they already changed this policy, good for them.
I hope I didn’t forget other misgivings by this great company

Just think, what stupid company owner calls his employees “assholes”, does not entertain their complaints of insect infestation, and even verbally harasses his female employees? i don’t know if he’s just really eikel or what. Well, not to worry, i hear his comeuppance is coming real soon, and i believe it’s going to hit him where it hurts the most.

i agree. and do not even get me started with his arsenal of pseudo-support system whose knowledge on handling people and techie stuff is limited to prying on the employees’ personal lives. pathetic, i must say. somebody give these people a life!

–did you buy them from department stores? you should try those obscure surplus warehouses where they sell cheap but good furniture.
