Rule #1. You can’t help people who don’t want to help themselves.

I have this friend who had no girlfriend since birth and who hasn’t even gone out on a date with the opposite sex.

He’s 28.

He doesn’t even talk with an opposite sex even if you introduce him to them.

He has no work and doesn’t do house chores and can’t even trim his moustache and nose hairs.

He smells bad and doesn’t care about it, he also has no job and only plays the electric guitar day in and day out.

I tried helping him teaching him how to fix his resume and be a gentleman but in the end it even looked like I was forcing him.

He just watches concerts and movies in dvd of his favorite guitarists and directors.

Believe me I did my best.

I was there to talk to him, fed him, brought him to different places and treated him as my brother.

I told him everything about life as I know it but he just don’t want to listen.

And I’m sick of it.

Now this is a must for everybody who wants to help other people.

Rule #1. YOU CAN’T HELP PEOPLE WHO DON’T WANT TO HELP THEMSELVES.
